15 20 25 at the same time as the cloth is rolled out from the upper bar. Thereby, the fabric can be made to overlap itself and form an area with reduced transmittance to light. The roller blind device may comprise one or more visible lifting elements connected to the outer end of the fabric. The visible lifting element or elements are arranged (arranged) to be able to be rolled up at the same time as the cloth is rolled out so that the cloth is thereby made to overlap itself. Suitably the roller blind device comprises two visible lifting elements which are arranged on the same upper rod as the cloth or on a part which is fixedly connected to the upper rod. The fl visible lifting elements then have a length that is less than the length of the fabric. The visible lifting elements preferably have a length which is half the length of the fabric. The lower rod may in one embodiment be partially closed by a tube with a slot through which the cloth can run. In this embodiment, a protection against wear on the fabric may optionally be arranged along the slot. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Referring to Figure 1, there is shown a roller blind device 1 intended to be able to cover a window (not shown). The roller blind device comprises an upper rod 3 on which a cloth 4 is arranged to be able to be rolled out or rolled up. The upper rod 3 can be stored in a bracket 15 which in turn can suitably be directly or indirectly attached to a fixed structure, for example a wall in a building. The fabric 4 is partially permeable to light. Referring to Figure 3, the fabric 4 may be divided into portions 6 with low light transmittance and portions 5 with high light transmittance. In practice, the piglets 6 with low permeability can consist of dense fabric or fabric and the piglets 5 with high permeability can consist of sparsely woven fabric. It should be understood that one can also imagine embodiments where the fabric over its entire surface has a fabric with a substantially uniform density. As can be seen most clearly in Figure 2, the roller blind device 1 further comprises a lower rod 8. The cloth has an outer end 7, i.e. the free end which is unrolled from the upper rod 3. Figure 1 shows how the outer end 7 can be arranged as a loop around a profile bar 16 which provides for the outer end 7 of the fabric. In the northern case, the outer end 7 of the fabric 4 is substantially parallel to the upper rod 3. The other end of the fabric 4 is normally attached to the upper rod 3. According to According to the invention, the outer end 7 of the cloth 4 is arranged so that it runs around the lower rod 8. The lower rod 8 can be a heavy tube which, due to its weight, tends to tension the cloth 4 in a downward direction. The roller blind device 1 is further arranged to be able to pull the outer end 7 of the cloth 4 upwards from the lower rod 8 at the same time as the cloth 4 is rolled out from the upper rod 3. The cloth 4 can thereby overlap itself and form an area 18 with reduced permeability for light. With reference to Fig. 1 and Figs. 4 - 9, it will now be explained how the outer end 7 of the cloth 4 can be pulled upwards from the lower rod. As shown in, for example, Figure 1, the roller blind device is provided with visible lifting elements 9 which are connected to the outer end 7 of the fabric 4. The visible lifting elements 9 can consist of, for example, ropes, wires or straps. As can be seen from, for example, Fig. 8, there is suitably at least one such flexible lifting element 9 arranged at each end of the upper rod 3. Figure 1 shows how an flexible lifting element 9 is arranged to be able to be unrolled or rolled up on a spool 17. The spool is fixedly connected to the upper rod 3 and can be understood as part of the upper rod 3. In principle, the invention can be practiced without having a special coil 17 but the flexible lifting elements 9 can be directly rolled on an outer end of the upper rod 3 having the same may have the same diameter along its entire length. The spool 17 may suitably have a groove (not shown in the figures) to more easily receive the visible lifting element 9. It will be appreciated that such a spool 17 may be located on each end of the upper rod 3. As best seen in Figure 1, each fl visible lifting element 9 can be arranged to run through a guide 14 which is arranged on the bracket 15. The flexible lifting elements 9 can in an initial stage be wound on their respective spools 17 with the same direction of rotation as the cloth 4 has on the upper rod 3. When the cloth 4 is rolled out of the upper rod 3, the visible lifting elements 9 will thus also be rolled out. The end 7 of the cloth 4 will then be lowered together with the lower rod 8 around which the cloth 4 runs. However, the visible lifting elements 9 have a length less than the length of the fabric 4. When the visible lifting elements 9 have been unrolled in their full length and the fabric 4 continues to be rolled out, the following will therefore occur. By continuing rotation of the upper rod 3, the spools 17 will continue to rotate in the same direction of rotation as the upper rod 3 because the spools 17 are fixedly connected to the upper rod 3. Since the entire length of the flexible lifting elements has then been rolled out, further rotation of the spools will 17 to cause the visible lifting elements 9 to start rolling up on the spools 17 but with a winding direction which is opposite to their original winding direction. The visible lifting elements 9 will then start to lift the outer end 7 of the cloth 4 at the same time as the cloth 4 is still discharged from the upper roller 3. As a result, the cloth 4 will move around the lower rod 8 so that the cloth 4 is made to overlap itself. Preferably, the fl visible lifting elements have a length which is half or approximately half the length of the fabric 4. As shown in Figure 2, the lower rod 8 may be partially enclosed by a tube 10 with a slot 11 through which slot 11 the fabric 4 may run. A protection 12 against wear on the fabric 4 can be arranged along the slot 11, but embodiments without such a protection 12 are also conceivable. When using the roller blind device, the process looks as follows. In an initial stage, the blind is in a position where substantially all of the fabric is rolled up on the upper bar 3. This position is shown in Figure 4 and in Figure 7. Then one begins to roll out the fabric 4 from the upper bar 3. This can be done with the help by conventional means which are well known per se and need not be shown in more detail. For example, a rope or chain can be used which is connected directly or indirectly to the upper rod 3 in such a way that the upper rod 3 is rotated when pulling the chain or rope. When the upper rod 3 turns, the cloth 4 is rolled out. Since the spools 17 are fixedly connected to the upper rod, these also rotate and also the flexible lifting elements 9 are rolled out. The lower bar then follows you with the cloth 4 down. Finally, the screen 4 has reached its lowest position as shown in Figure 5 and Figure 8. If the roller blind device is adapted correctly to a given window, then the entire or substantially entire window is covered by the screen 4. The amount of light coming in through the window is reduced. If you then want to reduce the amount of light coming in through the lower part of the window, this can be done by simply continuing to turn the upper bar 3. When the screen has reached its lowest position, the fl visible lifting elements 9 can no longer be rolled out. Therefore, if in this position one continues to turn the upper rod 3 so that the cloth 4 continues to roll out, the flexible lifting elements 9 will start to roll up again as explained above. As a result, the fabric 4 will begin to overlap itself, as shown in Figure 6 and Figure 9, so that an area 18 with reduced transmittance to light is formed. The fabric can be designed so that the open or permeable portions 5 have substantially the same height as the portions 6 with dense fabric, for example 5 centimeters. Through small movements of the fabric, it is then possible to achieve different degrees of overlap by allowing portions with dense fabric to completely or partially overlap portions with sparser fabric. Figure 10 shows in principle an alternative embodiment which functions in substantially the same way as the embodiment described above, but with the difference that the flexible lifting elements 9 are arranged to be able to be rolled up or rolled out from at least one rotatably mounted component 19 which is separate from the upper the rod 3. In this embodiment you may have to arrange a separate drive device for the rotatable component 19, possibly you may have a separate turning handle. Figure 11 shows in principle a further alternative embodiment where the lower bar 8 is fixedly arranged in relation to the upper bar 3. In variants of the embodiments according to Figures 10 and 11, lifting elements which are not flexible can be imagined. For example, one can imagine rigid lifting elements that are arranged to run in grooves on a wall. The invention provides an opportunity to vary the amount of light let in through a window. The canvas can be completely up so that all light enters, the canvas can be partially unrolled, it can be unrolled to the lowest position without any overlap yet and the canvas can be further rolled out to varying degrees of overlap. By using flexible lifting elements which are arranged on the same rod as the canvas itself but which are shorter than the canvas itself, you can in a very simple way make the canvas overlap itself. By using guides 14 for the visible lifting elements, it can be ensured that the upward and downward curves are kept separate and do not interfere with each other. By allowing the lower bar to be enclosed by a tube 10, the risk of the fabric getting stuck in objects or structures in the lower edge of the window is eliminated.
